Yes, parking is usually only allowed on the right side of one-way streets and the east side of two-way streets. Parking is prohibited within 30 feet of street corners, and areas marked with a red line are no-parking zones. Taxi parking zones are exclusively for taxis.

You must abide by all local road rules and traffic laws, always drive on the right-hand side of the road, and avoid driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs. Overloading the cart beyond its capacity (4 persons for a 4-seater, 6 persons for a 6-seater) is not allowed. Towing of any kind is also prohibited.

If you damage a rental golf cart, you will likely be responsible for the cost of repairs. Our company offers third party insurance policy, but it’s crucial to understand the policy details. Liability may also apply if the damage affects other property or people.

Driving under the influence of alcohol is not allowed and is against the law of Belize. It’s also for the passenger’s own safety.

Full refund if cancelled 2+ (two) days prior to booking date. No refund if cancelled less than 48 hours prior to booked date. A 5% handling fee will be charged for all refunds. No refunds for no-shows or UNUSED portions of rental. Also, rental CANNOT be refunded after received and accepted. There will be no refunds due to airline delays, strikes, political unrest or Acts of God, including Hurricanes.

You must call or stop by the rental location to confirm availability and extend your rental.

We do pickups at any hotel/Airbnb, airport or ferry terminal, just need to inform in advance to schedule the pickup. For any hotel/Airbnb outside town limits, usually a small fee will be required, depending on then distance.
