You must abide by all local road rules and traffic laws, always drive on the right-hand side of the road, and avoid driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs. Overloading the cart beyond its capacity (4 persons for a 4-seater, 6 persons for a 6-seater) is not allowed. Towing of any kind is also prohibited.

Driving under the influence of alcohol is not allowed and is against the law of Belize. It’s also for the passenger’s own safety.

Full refund if cancelled 2+ (two) days prior to booking date. No refund if cancelled less than 48 hours prior to booked date. A 5% handling fee will be charged for all refunds. No refunds for no-shows or UNUSED portions of rental. Also, rental CANNOT be refunded after received and accepted. There will be no refunds due to airline delays, strikes, political unrest or Acts of God, including Hurricanes.

We do pickups at any hotel/Airbnb, airport or ferry terminal, just need to inform in advance to schedule the pickup. For any hotel/Airbnb outside town limits, usually a small fee will be required, depending on then distance.
